How to Cancel Suki AI: What You Need to Know First

Canceling Suki AI depends entirely on how you got it. The steps are very different for individual vs. institutional plans.

Step 1: Know What Kind of Plan You Have

Suki AI's primary business model is enterprise — health systems and large physician organizations buy it and deploy it to physicians. If your hospital or health system gave you access to Suki AI, you're on an institutional plan. You didn't buy it individually, and you can't cancel it individually. If you somehow signed up for Suki AI individually (if that option exists in your market), you have an individual plan you may be able to cancel through account settings.

If You're on an Individual Plan

  • 1. Log into your Suki AI account
  • 2. Navigate to account or subscription settings
  • 3. Find the cancellation or subscription management option
  • 4. If you can't find it, contact Suki AI support directly
  • If You're on an Institutional Plan

Contact your department's IT or administrative team. The subscription is owned by the organization, not by you. You may be able to opt out of using it, but the organizational contract continues regardless of individual physician participation.

If You're Leaving an Institution and Want an AI Scribe

Physicians leaving health system employment for independent practice often discover they're leaving their AI scribe behind too — it was on the institution's license, not theirs. If that's your situation, you need an AI scribe you own yourself, on your own terms.
